Surface preparation

The surface must be clean and perfectly dry, free of greases, saltpeter and dust, being compact and without loose parts.

Modes of application Powder product for fillings in pools.?

 EMPLAIS PISCINAS must be mixed with water until obtain a blend with plastic consistency . -It must be applied on the clean and dry support bu a trowel or spatula achieving a thin coat at the same level than the surface. - In the filling of small fissures or cracks it must be applied by trowel and once it is dry can be sanded before harden completely. It is not recommedable to apply layers thicker than 5 mm. MORIS (MORTAR FOR REPAIRING) must be used for fillings thicker than 5 mm or apply with EMPLAIS PISCINAS more than one layer.- For filling fissures is recommendable to use a grinder in order to obtain more defined edges and to improve the setting of the reparations. - The fissures also can be repaired with EPOAIS H that is epoxy paste with thixotropic consistence, high adherence and high mechanical resistance. This paste must be used when higher mechanical requirements are required.

Clean up

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
