Description Thixotropic mortar for reparation without retraction, MORIS ?

Thixotropic mortar without retraction specially designed for repairing. Suitable for the restauration of damaged surfaces by iron oxide spreading. It protect the metallic armours combined with TEAIS PROTECOR and working properly with concrete in the face side. It has a big resistance from the compression. Colour: cement grey.

Surface preparation

Must be clean, without grease, dust or loose parts, compact and conveniently moistened. Concrete preferably prepared by mechanical methods. Reinforcements should be mechanically cleaned by brushing and applying Teais Protecor.

Modes of application Thixotropic mortar for reparation without retraction?

  Mix directly with 17 ±2% of water until obtaining the required workable paste to can be easily applied. The blended can be done manually or mechanical by low-revolution electric mixer (300 a 500 rpm). - Let it stand from 2 to 5 minutes before using the ready admixture.- It must be applied by trowel on areas to repair, with maximum thickness of 2-3 cm in order to avoid sagging paint, mainly in vertical planes. - With high temperatures is necessary to wet the support by spraying or wetting the surface and apply when the surface gloss disappear. - Once applied it must be protected form the cold and freeze and on summer time the surface must be watererd to improve the curing time.

Clean up

With abundant clean water, while the material has not hardened, then only by mechanical means.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
