Description Light restoration mortar for brick., REPI ?

Light mortar for repairing and renovating faced stone and brick. Repair the damaged area preserving its appearance and colouring. Suitable for momument repairing, facades, molds, etc... It is mixed with AGLUTAIS 30-50 in proportion of 1 litre of AGLUTAIS 30-50 per 2,5 kg of REPI. It can be painted over with CLAIS and once it hardens can be washed with water.

Surface preparation

The surface to mend must be clean and free of grease, loose particles and dust or any other substance that can decrease the adherence of REPI. Before applying the mortar the surface must be wet with clean water.

Modes of application Light restoration mortar for brick.?

  Per each kg of product 0,40 kg of AGLUTAIS 30-50 is necessary to obtain the proper consistency for applying. Add the powder into the liquid and mix manually or mechanically.
  The application must be done by trowel or any other mean according the type of using during the opening time of the admixture that is approximately 90 minutes.
  Thickness of product application will be between 2 and 30 mm. Over this thickness the product must be applied in several layers leaving at least 4 hours between layers.
  It can be workable within 3 first days.
  Surface work by roller can be done between the first 10 and 60 minutes
  To improve the resistance to the weather a finishing layer of REPAIS can be applied after 24 hours since the application of REPI.

Clean up

Used tools must be cleaned with plenty of water.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
