Description Colored mineral hardener for making concrete pavement, TRADUR ?

Powder product for superficial harding on soils. It is applied on the freshly paved concrete in 2 to 3 kg by sqm proportion. Once it is applied and smoothed a LACURIS coat must be applied by sprayer. Ask for another chart colours and prices.

Surface preparation

The concrete must be still fresh, not definitely cured, with the purpose of allowing the incorporation of TRADUR on the surface.

Modes of application Colored mineral hardener for making concrete pavement?

  Sprinkle evenly TRADUR in two layers over the extended and evened concrete when bleed water begins to evaporate. The first layer should have a coverage of 2 kg/m2 and the second one 2 or 1 kg/m2, or more depending on desired colour and intensity. During the application process it is important to getting a homogenous result and to avoid forming piles. Should not splashing water in the surfaces on which TRADUR is applied. The finish is done by manual or mechanical troweling. (“Helicopter”) TRADUR application should be done when is possible to walk on the concrete without leaving marks of 2 to 4 mm depth on it. Good concrete quality with low water/cement ratios and settlements between 75 and 110 mm with cone should be used. The concrete must have a characteristic resistance of at least 250 kg / cm2.
  Then apply LACURIS liquid so as to hold moisture, to get a good colour stability and to achieve improved hardness on the surface.
  After 24 hours, retraction joints are formed.
  The joints are finally sealed using LASTOIS MS.

With plentyful clean water.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
