Continuous monolayer coating, consisting of a mortar based on that, fresh aggregate is projected between 5 and 8 mm. Ideal for facade cladding, both concrete and brick. Colors: According to the card. Factory price.

Surface preparation

Must be clean, resistant, without greases, oils, flat, without holes or significant protrusions and slightly moistened.

Modes of application One coat mortar coating with projected arid?

 It has to be mixed with a 26 ±3% of water on weight, in concrete mixer, manually or by low-revolution electric mixer. The time of amassed must be from 5 to 8 minutes. -Let rest from 3 to 5 minutes.
 Mixture´s pot life: from 45 to 60 minutes.
 Fresh mortar must be applied with a trowel or with a applitation machine. The minimum thickness must be 10 mm minimum with a 15mm average.
 When the layer is still fresh the jonquils must be placed doing the cutting at length(maximum recommendable distance between joints is of 7 meters the verticals and 2,5 horizontals). Subsequently the agreggate or stone must be applied using a trowel in order to obtein the smoothing of the mortar and the agreggate. -Don´t apply with rain forecast, frost, high winds or bad weather. -The joints between different nature supports and singular points must be built with resistance to alkalis fiberglass TEJIAIS 10. -The covering is no suitable for exposed and inclined horizontal surfaces. -The top edges must be protected against rain penetration. -It is no necessary to apply it on the concrete, plaster, paints, metal surfaces, plastic or low mechanical resistance.

Clean up

With plentiful clean water while the material is fresh, once hardened can only be removed by mechanical means.

1 year, in their original packagings, properly closed, protected from weather and stored in a cool and very dry place.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
