As a primer for a subsequent finishing with synthetic enamel on wooden support. Seal and fill pores and a smooth surface is achieved where systhetic enamels having a better covering and colouring power, uniforming the absorption and finishing quality. It can be applied both on wood and repainting.

Surface preparation

Must be quite clean, healthy, dry and free of greases, oils or any other polluting substance.

Modes of application Synthetic primer for enamel finishing on wood?

  Stir to homogenize good the content of the package. - It must be applied by brush, roller or spray-gun.
  A good layer must be applied in order to penetrate into the pores. Let it dry completely and sand it to achieve a smooth and uniform surface, with a homogeneous absorption and suitable as a synthetic enamels such as ESMAIS or ESMAR. - Before sanding at least 12 hours must pass in order to the primer be completely dry. - After sanding all dust must be removed in order to let the support ready - The application must be done with temperatures between 5º and 30º.

Clean up

With TEAIS solvent DISOLUAIS, while the material is fresh. Once hardens only can be removed mechanically.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
