Paint based on caoutchouc chloride resistant to moisture. Specially designed for pools, water-tanks, tansks both fresh and salt water, over cement-based mortar or similar. Colours: pale blue and white.

Surface preparation

The surface must be quite cleaned, free of greases and complety dry before painting.

Modes of application Paint based on caoutchouc chloride with high waterprofing properties.?

  Homogenize well the content of the package before using. - Apply directly or slightly diluted from 10% to 20% into DISOLUAIS, with brush, roller or sprayer gun.
  The first coat diluted as a primer (high penetration) on new support (concrete, wood, etc) from 10% to 20% on metallic surface, diluted at 20%. On metallic surfaces use MINIO DG CAOUTCHOUC CHLORIDE.
  Once the first coat is dry, apply two more coats without dilute or with a dilution of 5% approximately in order to achieve a more suitable viscosity. - The paint must be applied on thin coats to reduce the drying time. - The application must be done with the coats quite dry. - Don´t apply on wet supports. - Don´t apply with rain forecast, strong winds, freeze or any other adverse weather condition.
  Ease of applying. - High waterproofing properties, hardening and resistant to ageing. - Resistant to moisture, alkalis and acids. - Its high chemical stability allows resist against the continuous water action and theirs treatments against disinfection and conservation.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
