Sealant neutral silicone caulk purpose high adhesive strength on all types of building materials without primer. Colours: White and Translucent. Prices according to order volume.

Aplication Neutral silicone sealant?

Lastois SN adheres on various substrates, and has permanent elasticity. It has very good adherence to used in construction and concrete, lacquered aluminum, anodized aluminum, glass, PVC, etc.
It is especially recommended for sealing gaskets between concrete and structural carpentry, sealing windows, construction joints sealed with prefabricated panels, etc.

Surface preparation

The surfaces must be clean and dry, free of dust and grease that may interfere with bonding. Supports cleaning should be done with the right products for each type and as recommended by their manufacturers. Sealed joints should not be painted.

Modes of application Neutral silicone sealant?

 It's applied with manual or pneumatic gun (always avoiding air entrapment, so the nozzle should be kept suitably distanced from the bottom of the board).
 Perforates the cartridge and threaded to the nozzle of cut shaped plastic bezel 45 of the gun.
 If the joint is too depth you should place a joint base Jupo, limiting that depth, which also serves as support putty.
 Once applied, the smoothing can be done with a spatula dipped in soapy water
 Only requires primer (imprimáis SUPER or IMES) when the substrate is very porous (concrete, cement or wood).
 In Surfaces of glass, enamel, stainless steel, aluminum, iron, PVC, zinc, plastics, etc., does not need any primer.

Clean up

The tools used are cleaned with Limsi while the putty is fresh.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
