Description Adhesive for laying stone slabs, ADHPI FINO?

Powder adhesive for placing stone slabs on floors, walls, facades. ADHPI is an intermediate solution between cement-based adhesives and ADLOIS. It is considerably better than average glue cements, with faster setting, higher mechanical resistance and greater waterproofing properties. It also reduces the risk of damp patches and efflorescence. (C2 T E S1)

Used as adhesive for elements made of marble and granite, used on floor pavements and vertical supports such as: granite atachments, poliched marble attachments, baseboards, plinths, door and window frameworks, rise and fall of stairs, etc.

Surface preparation

The support of application must be clean, free of dust, loose particles, grease and releasing agents. The surface must also be firm, with good mechanical resistance, by being slightly damp.

Modes of application Adhesive for laying stone slabs?

  ADHPI is a powder glue for mixing with water. The proportion of the mix is 5,75 lts³ of water per 25 kg of product. (when mixed with water, it becomes an easy trowelable mortar with good bonding strength, low slump and high initial grab, or vertical application without any sagging or slipping) - It can be mixed manually or using a low speed electric mixer (400-500 rpm).
  Once mixed, apply with a serrated trowel in 2 to 5 mm thick layer. In case of adhering irregular or bigger slabs, the applied adhesive can even reach 10 mm thick layer.
  The whole surface of the treated piece must adhere strongly to the support within a time interval of 10 minutes(for high temperatures in summer) or 20 minutes (for mild temperatures in winter). For stone slabs, according to their size and thickness, double adhesive coating may be required by buttering the piece to be glued and applying another layer to the support.

Clean up

Clean with plenty of water whilst the material is still fresh. Once dry, clean mechanically.

1.5 kg/m2 for 1 mm thick layers.

Storage Adhesive for laying stone slabs

It is recommended to store this product for 2 years in tightly closed original packages in a ccol dry place protected against bleakness.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA

Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
