Expansive and plastizer additive for concrete groutings and for improving mortars. It provides high fluency groutings an low relationship between water/cement which improves the setting. In case of using mortar it improves the workability and reduces its plastic contraction.

Microexpan can be used in the filling of foundations, groutings, non retraction fillings, etc.

Surface preparation

The application surfaces must be clean, healthy, slightly moistened.

Modes of application Expansive and plasticizer additive for grouts and mortars?

  Add the required amount of water to the mixing container or concrete mixer. Then slowly add cement, sand and MICROEXPAN. Slowly mix during 5 minutes until finally obtaining a uniform and fluid mix. - Apply the mortar within 20 minutes after mixing. - The mortars should undergo proper curing so that they may be protected against premature drying, by spraying them.

Clean up

With plenty of water, while the material is not hardened.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
