Description High adherence and resistance thixotropic epoxy mortar., EPOAIS 3G ?

Three-component epoxy mortar based on epoxy resins and selected aggregates. With thixotropic constistence, high adherence and high resistance, special for repairing and filling hollows.

Aplication High adherence and resistance thixotropic epoxy mortar.?

Epoxy mortar specially formulated for filling hollows. Reparation of structures, flooring reparation in stressed areas, fixing of heavy machinery, laying antiacid slabs, joints re-grading, kerbs and edges reparation in loading areas, filling of rigid joints on floorings, fillings under high abrassion.

Surface preparation

The surface to repair must be clean, firm and dry. Mortar and concrete must be cured for at least 28 days and without surface grouting. In the case of metals rust have to be removed completely by mechanical means.

Modes of application High adherence and resistance thixotropic epoxy mortar.?

  Homogenize A and B component separately. - Mix A and B components and when were well homogenized add C component slowly. The admixture must be done manually or by low-revolution electric mixer (300-500 rmp). - More quantity of mortar that can be applied in 30 minutes at 20ºC must be prepared. - Ready mortar must be compacted and applied by toothed trowel or spatula. -In case of high thickness fillings it is recommended apply in more than one layer. Thickness of each layer shouldn´t be highter than 5 cm. To improve the adherence betwenn layers, sprinkle clean, dry and thick sand over the first layer still wet and before applying the second one remove the loose sand.

Clean up

With epoxy solvent while the material is fresh, once it hardens only can be removed by mechanical means.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
