Description Synthetic cladding imitation granite stone., ROCAIS ARTISTICO ?

Synthetic cladding imitating granite stone that is applied in two phases: The first one as background layer of one colour and the second one (finish) based in a gel that provides flakes in several colours. To decorate facades, door and window frames, pots, sculptures both interiors and exteriors. Diluent-agent: water. It must be applied with trowel, brush or sprayer gun with nozzle of 4 or 5 mm.

Surface preparation

The surface must be clean, free of greases and oils, without based lime paints or paints in bad conditions. It must be dry, firm and ready to the application of first phase.

Modes of application Synthetic cladding imitation granite stone.?

  Prepare the support for the application priming it with IMPRIMAIS MU in case of existing paints or old mortars or with IMPRIMAIS in case of not painted new supports. - The application can be done in any support except in the non absorbent in which case it should be checking with technical support department. - Homogenize well the content of A component. - Apply by brush or roller. If it is necessary it can be diluted until 10% of water. - Let dry completely at least for 24 hours. - Homogenize well the content of B component that is the one that has the gel flakes. - If it is necessary can be added water from 3% to 5% in order to achive the suitable viscosity. Is suitable to do a previous test to check if the paint dripping. - B phase will be applied with sprayer gun with nozzle size of 4-5 mm. - The support must be completely dry, free of dust and loose particles. In mortars and concretes the curing time must be at least 28 days. In case of existing paints they must be sanded, cleaned and painted with IMPRIMAIS MU. - Don´t apply in exteriors with rain forecast, freeze, strong wind or any adverse weather condition.

Clean up

The tools must be cleaned with plenty of water while the product is fresh. Once hardened only can be removed by mechanical means.

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
