Putty-elastomeric polyurethane glue, rapid polymerization, for joints flexible and watertight in any form. Colors: White, Gray, Black and Brown. Prices according to order volume.

Aplication Elastomeric polyurethane putty?

For fixing roof tiles, undulated asbestos cement decks, wood baseboards and skirting boards, sinks, metallic kitchens, etc. Flexible unions on decks, carpentry, installations, etc. Repairing pipes, ducts, etc. For bonding screens, partition walls, synthetic panels, etc. For bonding elements submitted to great efforts, impacts, PVC plates, etc.

Surface preparation

Must be clean, degreased and dry without presence of bitumen or similar.

Modes of application Elastomeric polyurethane putty?

  Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun(by avoiding any air occlusion) by keeping the nozzle at an appropriate distance.
  Generally, no priming is required. In case it is necessary, IMPRIMAIS SUPER or IMES will be used(on cement, concrete or wood).
 It is applied in cords such as when filling cracks or joints and then smoothened by pressing with a putty knife
  During the first interval of time(before reticulation), use hydraulic jacks, pillars, wedges, etc, so as to ensure proper bonding of the elements.. - Elastomer of high modulus of elasticity (polyurethane): B1. Resistant to salt water, fresh water, detergents, dilute acid, dilute alkali and hydrocarbons (temporarily). No corrosive and has high adhesion and sealing. -Width Maximum board is 35 mm, the recommended widths are between 10 and 25 mm, joints less than 5 mm must be opened to be sealed. -For Elastic sealed the ratio of the joint width and depth is 2: 1, for which in general it should be placed together with a cellular polyurethane cord used for filling (Jupo), which will determine the form factor . - Maximum deformation: 15%

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
