Description Product to patching up on industrial floorings., DUROAIS PARCHEO ?

Powder product that mixed with water forms a fast-setting levelling paste. Specially designed to patch up concrete flooring and pavings. High resistance to the weather and abrasion. It is applyed on thickness of 3 mm until 20 mm. Available in grey colour.

DUROAIS PARCHEO is used for filling potholes on concrete floorings that requires a good mechanical resistance and durability. For industrial facilities, stores, load and download areas, interior and exterior floorings, etc. Is very suitable to patching up and fillings in areas wheres subsequently regularisation layers will be done with DUROAIS CAPA CONTINUA.

Surface preparation

The support must be clean, free of dust, greases, oils or substances that hinder the adherence.

Modes of application Product to patching up on industrial floorings.?

  For a suitable preparation of surface is necessary to delimit the pathole with straight lines and mark them with a grinder, doing marks with it of low depth on marked lines. - Remove the material among marks. - The remaining concrete must be firm and resistant to patch up.
  Mix the powder component with water in a proportion of 6 litres of water per 25 kg powder sack. - The mixing must be done manually or by low-revolution electric mixer (300-500rpm). - It must be applied by pouring. - The surface must be slightly moistened in the moment of application.

Clean up

With clean water while the material is wet. Once it hardens only can be removed by mechanical means.

FEDER INNTERCONECTA

2015-2017 SHIAC (ITC-20151250): DESARROLLO DE TECNOLOGÍAS DE HIGIENIZACIÓN PARA LA REDUCCIÓN DE RIESGOS BIOLÓGICOS EN ACUICULTURA
El proyecto SHIAC tiene como objetivo principal la investigación y desarrollo de una estrategia integral que permita reducir el riesgo biológico en acuicultura, integrando diferentes medidas tanto de tipo activo como pasivo para la prevención de patologías con una gran incidencia económica en el sector, y aportando soluciones más sostenibles ambientalmente a las actualmente empleadas en acuicultura.
Grupo Tres Mares S.A actúa como socio representante del consorcio empresarial que ejecuta este proyecto el cual ha sido aprobado y subvencionado por CDTI en el marco de la convocatoria FEDER INNTERCONECTA 2015.
